Jillian
practices corporate commercial litigation and represents clients in a broad
range of disputes, including breach of contract claims, shareholder and
partnership disputes, commercial arbitrations, wills and estates disputes, and
pension and benefits litigation. She has experience advising clients across
various industries, including construction, mining, and real estate.
Jillian has appeared before the British Columbia Small Claims Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
