Lawson Lundell Partner, Michael Morgan, was quoted in an article in the Western Investor about the issues surrounding the implementation of rent relief measures for retail tenants and landlords in response to the economic impact of COVID-19. "Simply asking for rent relief will not be a default under the lease," noted Michael Morgan.
