Michael Li, Partner, Vancouver
Michael practices corporate and securities law and has experience advising public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a broad range of legal transactions, including Canadian and U.S. capital markets financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including shareholder meeting processes, securities legislation and compliance with stock exchange listing rules.
Anna Paczkowski, Partner, Vancouver
Anna is a member of the litigation and dispute resolution group. She focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation and acts for clients in a broad range of industries. Anna has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has experience in cases involving contract and negligence claims, product liability, insurance litigation, and benefit disputes.
Andrew Robertson, Partner, Vancouver
Andrew practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business and commercial law and corporate finance and securities. Andrew has experience in a variety of transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and divestitures, public and private offerings, corporate reorganizations, and various other corporate proceedings. Andrew works with public and private companies, including start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Julia Winters, Partner, Vancouver
Julia is a member of the firm's Business Law Group, and has a particular focus in corporate and commercial law, private acquisitions, and private equity financing. Julia assists her clients with a variety of corporate matters, including incorporation, corporate restructuring, continuation, and dissolution. She advises private companies and societies on corporate governance matters.
