Lawson Lundell LLP is pleased to announce that three partners, one associate and two paralegals have recently joined our Calgary office. Shaun Partridge, QC (Partner), Devin Itterman (Partner), Aubrey Guild-Young (Partner), Devlin Steers (Associate), and paralegals Laura Romeo and Brandy Tobin join us from a boutique firm in Calgary where their practices focused on commercial real estate.

The new Calgary team, led by Partner Shaun Partridge, QC, has represented investors, developers and end-users with the purchase and sale of all types of commercial property. These transactions include office buildings, residential development projects, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, golf courses and vacant land. Shaun brings close to 30 years of experience with a broad range of sophisticated real estate and corporate–commercial transactions, including corporate reorganizations and restructuring, real estate acquisition and disposition, development and financing.
