Austin Darling,

I was drawn to Lawson Lundell because of the firm’s incredible reputation and the amazing people.

Austin Darling is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial and Corporate Finance & Securities Groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for both private and public companies. He has experience assisting clients from various different industries and sectors around the world.

Austin started with Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate following the completion of his articles.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys watching and playing hockey and baseball.
