Jordan Hayward,

I was drawn to Lawson Lundell because of the firm’s exceptional legal talent and commitment to both the Vancouver and Canadian legal markets.

Jordan Hayward is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, with a particular focus on real estate litigation, property law disputes, and contractual disputes. Jordan also has experience in discharging restrictive covenants, strata property windups, and estate litigation.  

Jordan started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of his articles in 2024. Before joining Lawson Lundell, he worked as a review officer at a provincial statutory agency and as an in-house counsel extern for a financial analytics company. While in law school, Jordan represented U.B.C. in the B.C. Law Schools Competitive Moot, was president of the Sports, Entertainment and Law Society, and was captain of the U.B.C. Legal Eagles hockey team.
