Biography
Peter is a partner in Lawson Lundell's Kelowna office and is a member of the firm's Corporate Commercial Group. His practice focuses on the areas of corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, real estate development and transactions, estate planning and trademarks.
Peter has practiced in the Okanagan since 2003, developing and servicing a broad solicitor’s practice that encompasses a wide range of private businesses, the principals of those businesses, and institutional clients. He is also a registered Canadian trademark agent and qualified trademarks practitioner before the United States Patent and Trademarks Office.
