Rachel Hayes,

Rachel Hayes is a paralegal in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell, and is also a corporate services coordinator, joining the firm in 2023. With over 20 years of experience working in corporate law, she began her career at a local search house and has since worked the majority of her career as a paralegal in the area of corporate services.

As a paralegal, Rachel’s experience includes minute book review, incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, amendments, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, revivals, reinstatements, trade name registrations, partnership registrations, limited partnership registration, limited liability partnership registrations, personal property registrations, searches, and due diligence searches.

In her role as Corporate Services Coordinator, Rachel provides support to her Calgary team through mentorship, review and development of department procedures, as well as acting as a liaison with the Corporate Services Manager.
