Stephen Hedley,

Stephen is an associate in Lawson Lundell LLP’s Vancouver office practicing in the Asia Pacific Group. His practice covers a range of corporate and commercial matters including lending and debt financing transactions, real estate acquisition and development, private mergers and acquisitions, and the drafting and negotiation of a variety of corporate and commercial documents.

Stephen assists borrowers and lenders, including banks and private lenders, with lending and debt financing transactions, including real estate financing and independent power project financing. He also advises on the acquisition, sale, development and leasing of real property.

In addition, Stephen assists with share and asset purchase transactions and corporate structuring matters, and he routinely drafts and negotiates commercial agreements across a variety of industries such as energy, entertainment, professional services, real estate and technology.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell LLP, Stephen acted as senior corporate counsel for British Columbia’s largest energy marketing and trading company, and he brings a client-centered, practical approach to his work with clients.
