Biography
Steven practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on commercial arrangements in the mining and energy sectors. Steven regularly advises major and junior mining companies, both domestic and international, on a variety of legal matters including project acquisition and disposition, mineral title review, royalty agreements, and other commercial arrangements. Steven also has experience advising private equity firms and other lenders specializing in mining and project finance.
Prior to practicing law, Steven worked as a Civil Engineer (EIT) in Vancouver where he helped design mine waste management systems and has field experience working at site.
