Biography
Asha Young is an associate in our Business Law Group in Vancouver. She maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, which includes asset and sale acquisitions, business entity formation, corporate reorganization, drafting various types of commercial agreements and contracts, and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
Asha was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020 after articling at Lawson Lundell. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Asha summered at a securities firm in Vancouver. In 2019, Asha received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and was the recipient of the prestigious Raymond Herbert Award for best all-round graduating student.
