JoAnn P. Jamieson, Chris Sanderson, QC, and Cliff Proudfoot will be speaking at Insight Information's 4th Annual Northeast B.C. Natural Gas Summit being held in Calgary, AB on September 20-21, 2012.

JoAnn P. Jamieson will co-chair the conference and speak during the First Nation Consultation - Requirement to Consider session.  JoAnn's topic is "Caribou, Cumulative Effects and the Crown's Duty to Consult". During the same session, Cliff Proudfoot will provide an update on "B.C. Oil and Gas Commission Consultation Process Agreements". Chris Sanderson, QC will moderate a session on "Opening the Door to Future Markets".
