We have considerable experience in fund formation and have acted extensively in acquisitions, financings and other investments by financial players.

When matters become contentious, we bring to bear our considerable experience in banking litigation and securities litigation, including extensive work in defending financial advisors both in the courts and before securities regulatory authorities.
