Valerie Mann and Lisa Peters are speaking at Insight Information's Major Business Agreements Conference being held in Vancouver, BC on October 15-16, 2012.

Valerie Mann is  co-chairing, speaking and moderating a keynote panel at the conference. Valerie will speak on "The Annotated Purchase and Sale Agreement – Essential Clauses". She will also moderate the panel discussion on "Managing the Client/Counsel Relationship in Business Transactions". Lisa Peters' topic is "Business Climate, Legislative Developments and Case Law Update".
