Valerie Mann is co-chairing the 2013 Advanced Edition, Negotiating and Drafting Major Business Agreements Conference. Val will also moderate the keynote panel discussion, "Deal Spoilers – the 5 Most Common Factors that Derail Commercial Deals".

Lisa Peters will speak on "Latest Legislative Developments and Case Law Updates" and Brad Armstrong, QC will speak on "Cooperation Agreements and Benefits Agreements with First Nations".
