Sarah Nelligan is speaking at the Amici Curiae Lectures: Foreclosures and Self-Represented Litigants Part 2 on "Preparing Applications and Orders for Foreclosures and Self-Represented Litigants"  where she will discuss how to prepare defences and what reliefs from forfeiture may be available to self-represented litigants who are faced with foreclosures.
