Do your incident investigation procedures and template reports meet the newly proposed legislative standard? What rights do you have when WorkSafe BC attends the workplace to investigate? We will provide an overview of your responsibilities and rights in respect of workplace investigations including an overview of recent proposed changes to WorkSafe BC's incident investigation requirements and procedures. In addition, we will provide some practical tips for dealing with investigations involving serious injury or death.
