Lisa Frey Co-Leads the CCI Condo 101 Course

On October 29, 2024, Lawson Lundell lawyer Lisa Frey will be co-leading the the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI)'s "Condo 101" course.

The course will take place at 6:00 PM PDT at the Executive Suites Hotel and Conference Centre Metro Vancouver, and will cover governance fundamentals and how they impact your Strata. Topics will include the legal elements of Stratas, discerning various responsibilities of Stratas, administration, finance, insurance, and procedures of Strata Corporation Meetings.
