Condo 101 Course for Strata Council Members
On March 25, 2025, Lawson Lundell lawyer Lisa Frey will be a speaker for an online educational course designed by the Canadian Condominium Institute BC Chapter titled 'Condo 101.' The event will take place from 6pm to 9pm via Zoom.
The course will provide information on the duties, obligations, and procedures that all strata council members should know. Topics will include legal elements of Stratas, the various responsibilities of Stratas, administration, finance, insurance, and procedures of Strata Corporation meetings.
