On October 17, 2024, Lawson Lundell lawyer Meghan Popp will be speaking at the the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) online education session titled "Legal Updates 2024."

The webinar will take place at 9:00 AM PST and will discuss recent legislative and case law developments that affect pension and benefit plan sponsors and administrators in BC and Alberta. The discussion will include changes to pension standards and pension division legislation, recent cases on the standards and duties applicable to plan administrators and an update on federal dental and pharmacare programs.
