Lewis Manning, a partner in our Calgary office, was featured in an article by CBC News Calgary titled "Orphan well clean-up costs could sting Alberta taxpayers if regulator loses court battle." The article included video coverage where he presents arguments to the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of his client CAPP that taxpayers could be on the hook to pay for abandoned wells.
