Lawson Lundell lawyer Craig A.B. Ferris, QC, FCIArb. has been recognised by Canadian Lawyer as one of the 'Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers' in Canada in 2021.

This award celebrates the Canadian lawyers and judges who are making an impact on the profession, with an emphasis on the honourees' work over the previous 18 months in shaping laws and improving the quality of legal services in the country. The Top 25 list is split into five areas of influence. Craig was recognised for his contributions under the Business category. 

"It is very gratifying to be recognized for the work I have participated in," Craig said. "It also allows me a broader platform to publicize the initiatives put in place during my tenure as President of the Law Society of BC. In particular, it allows me to keep the focus on the Innovation Sandbox that was put in place and to encourage people and business to apply to participate."
