Six Lawson Lundell Articling Students Join the Firm as New Associates

Vancouver | Labour, Employment & Human Rights
Miny practices in all aspects of workplace law including employment standards complaints, human rights issues, labour grievances, workplace bullying and harassment, workers’ compensation claims, and occupational health and safety matters. She also advises clients on the hiring and termination of employees, and prepares employment agreements.
Krystal Bernhardt
Vancouver | Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Krystal practices litigation and administrative law with a particular emphasis on environmental, Indigenous, and regulatory matters. She assists clients with a variety of matters, including regulatory proceedings, permit application and compliance processes for new and developing projects, and civil disputes.
Daniel Jonasson
Calgary | Litigation & Dispute Resolution
With a particular focus on corporate commercial litigation, Daniel’s practises in a wide variety of matters, ranging from disputes before human rights tribunals to large-scale commercial arbitrations.
Jessica Kim
Vancouver | Pension & Employee Benefits
In her practice, Jessica advises plan sponsors, boards of trustees and plan administrators in Western and Northern Canada on pensions and employee benefits matters. She also assists in amending plan texts and supporting plan documents, preparing legal opinions on the application of governing law, and providing support for pension litigation matters.
Natasha Sanders
Vancouver | Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Natasha’s practice focuses on civil litigation, administrative law, and estate planning and litigation, with a particular emphasis on real estate litigation and environmental, Indigenous, and regulatory matters. She assists clients with a variety of matters, including property disputes, regulatory proceedings, regulatory compliance for energy utilities, drafting wills, and estate litigation.
Crystal Szeto
Vancouver | Corporate Commercial
Crystal’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. She assists clients with a variety of transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations and financings, as well as preparing various types of commercial agreements.
