Lawson Lundell partner, Ed Wilson, was interviewed for an article in Canadian Lawyer magazine about the Land Owner Transparency Act (LOTA) which was enacted to fight money laundering in the real estate sector in B.C. LOTA will require all landowners in B.C. to report their identities to the government, regardless of how they own it.
