Lawson Lundell is delighted to welcome Garrett Lee to the firm as a partner in our Corporate Finance & Securities Group. His practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, private company financings, technology transactions and going public transactions. Garrett also advises a variety of clients on a range of business transactions and provides ongoing advice to companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, securities law compliance and various other business and commercial matters. Garrett previously worked at the firm as an associate in 2018.
