Andrew Beechinor,

Andrew is an associate in Lawson Lundell's Real Estate Group and assists clients with all aspects of commercial, mixed-use and residential (purpose built rental and strata) real estate developments. This includes REDMA compliance and obtaining the requisite municipal approvals and entitlements. Andrew also has extensive experience with real estate transactions, including with respect to development sites, land assemblies and income producing properties. Andrew assists clients with their negotiations of purchase agreements, due diligence, structuring and borrower side work for all manner of real estate-related financing.
