Lawson Lundell lawyer Michael Macaulay, spoke to a group of engineering students at UBC’s Okanagan campus. He spoke to Dr. Ken Chau's Technology Entrepreneurship for Engineers class on venture formation and structuring.

Mike is the Co-chair of the firm’s Technology Group and is a Director of Accelerate Okanagan in Kelowna. He has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs, emerging companies and venture capital funds in the technology, digital media, and clean technology sectors.
