Ed Wilson is quoted in the Western Investor article "Depreciation reports will “shock” some condo owners" published on October 4th, 2012. The article discusses changes to the B.C. Strata Property Act that now requires every strata corporation to file a depreciation report every three years and also file and continually update a 30-year budget for repair, maintenance and upgrades.
