Lawson Lundell remembers John Lundell, Q.C.
27.8.10
We were saddened to learn of the death of our former Partner John Lundell, Q.C. John practiced with the firm from 1965 to 2005, following his father Oscar Lundell Q.C., one of the founders of our firm. John’s encyclopedic knowledge of company law was a bedrock for generations of our lawyers. One of John's achievements of which he was justifiably most proud was chairing a long-running committee of practitioners which advised on company law reform in British Columbia for many years, culminating in the enactment of the British Columbia Business Corporations Act which came into force in 2004.
We extend our sincere condolences to Marie and John’s children.
