Lawson Lundell lawyer Flora Griffith was quoted in an article published in the Vancouver Sun. The article, "COVID-19: Travel agent sues clients for $5,000 airfare after Air Canada cancels," examines a small claims court case where the travel agent sued a B.C. family for unused flights during the beginning of the pandemic. “Frustration (of contract) is very hard to reach.” Flora said. “For a consumer, (this case) will be of limited help.”
