Lawson Lundell Welcomes New Counsel Andrew Lloyd to the Firm
Lawson Lundell is delighted to welcome Andrew Lloyd as counsel in the Calgary office’s Corporate Commercial Group. His practice focuses on banking and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, air transportation and the education sector. He assists clients in successfully planning, negotiating and implementing a broad range of business and commercial transactions.

Andrew will add further depth to the Firm's Corporate Commercial Group in Alberta.
