Lawson Lundell construction lawyer, Michael (Mike) Morgan, had an article published in a recent issue of Construction Business magazine. The article, "Case of Inflated Builders' Lien Claim," discussed a recent decision from the Supreme Court involving a dispute between a subcontractor and a general contractor relating to a commercial construction project. 

"Where a contractual dispute arises in the middle of an ongoing construction project, obtaining timely legal advice is critical before things escalate and before the parties become entrenched in their positions,” wrote Mike.
