Lawson Lundell is delighted to welcome Winston Yee to our Vancouver office as senior counsel in the Corporate Commercial Group. Winston's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and corporate/commercial law.

Winston has been a trusted strategic advisor to his clients for over 28 years. He has a broad range of experience in M&A, financings, reorganizations and governance having acted for local, national and international clients, including public and private M&A, corporate and shareholder disputes, tax reorganizations as well as Canadian and cross-border private and public debt and equity offerings.
Winston has been engaged as special counsel to provide strategic advice relating to financial, accounting and audit matters and to interface with Canadian Securities Administrators. He also provides strategic advice on various proxy contests as well as negotiated and unsolicited takeovers.
