For 2023, the Firm is recognised for its support of employees’ efforts to take care of their physical and mental well-being, for the parental leave top-up it offers new parents, and for its encouragement of employee volunteerism with paid time off to volunteer, among other initiatives. 

BC's Top Employers is an annual competition, now in its 18th year, organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers. It recognizes the B.C. employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.
