Raneta Brisco is a paralegal in the Kelowna Landmark Office of Lawson Lundell LLP. She has over eleven years of experience working in estate planning and estate administration.

• Preparing legal documents for estate planning purposes, including documents such as Personal and Corporate Wills, Codicils, Deeds of Gift, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Representation Agreements/Living Wills;
• Preparing and filing estate grant applications for both testate and intestate estates, including resealing estate grants from foreign jurisdictions;
• Preparing and filing documents for the registration of estate grants on title to real properties registered in the name of deceased owners in the BC Land Title Office and the BC Manufactured Home Registry; and
• Assisting clients with the preparation of executor’s accounting reports and other documents to facilitate distribution of an estate.
