Blair is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions, debt financing and other corporate and securities law matters.

Blair has assisted buyers and sellers in connection with merger and acquisition transactions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including asset and share purchase transactions, amalgamations, and reorganizations.
