Catherine Haid is an associate in the Yellowknife office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm's Corporate Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on advising businesses on general corporate commercial matters and commercial real estate transactions in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Catherine also maintains a parliamentary law practice, serving as Deputy Law Clerk to the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories.

Catherine graduated from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law. During law school, Catherine volunteered with Student Legal Services of Edmonton and served as the 2021 Legal Education and Reform Project Coordinator. This project provides legal information and resources to low income community members through outreaches and information sessions. Prior to law school, Catherine completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University in History.
