Gillian Broadbent,

Gillian is an associate in the Corporate Commercial Group and the Real Estate Group in the firm’s Calgary office. Her practice focuses on commercial transactions, securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, and commercial leases.

She has advised clients on a broad range of business and commercial real estate matters, including corporate governance, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and asset purchase and sale transactions.

Gillian has prior experience as a commercial litigation lawyer and she brings her knowledge of contractual disputes, securities-related proceedings, and director’s liability matters to her business law practice.
