Ian Jonson is an articling student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. He is interested in exploring multiple practice areas with a particular interest in the firm’s real estate and corporate commercial practices.
Ian completed his Juris Doctor at the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law. During law school, Ian was co-president of the TRU Business Law Society, which provides professional development and networking resources to first year law students. Ian was also president of the TRU Law Rugby Club and winner of the TRU-Dentons Negotiation Competition.
Prior to attending law school, Ian completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at Queen’s University and gained experience with Vancouver’s tech industry working in sales for SaaS companies.
