Katie Bois is an articling student in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. She is interested in exploring multiple practice areas with a particular interest in the firm’s solicitor practice.
Katie completed her Juris Doctor at the University of British Columbia’s Allard School of Law. During law school, Katie worked as a summer student for the Law Students Legal Advice Program and as a clinician for the Richards Buell Sutton LLP Business Law Clinic. In her third year, Katie competed in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot at the Federal Court of Canada in Toronto. She was also honored to be selected for the Irene M. Stewart Memorial Award in Law.
Prior to attending law school, Katie travelled the world as a professional ballet dancer. Upon her return to Vancouver, she worked at a local ballet company as Rehearsal Director, and later as Artistic Director, while also completing her Business and Economics degree at Simon Fraser University.
In her spare time, Katie teaches ballet to aspiring dancers and likes to introduce her young daughter to all that Vancouver has to offer.
