Kelly Cumberland,

Kelly Cumberland is a paralegal in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell. Kelly joined the firm in 2017 as an administrative assistant. Shortly after, she became a legal assistant for the real estate group, and later advanced to become a real estate paralegal. Kelly has over three years' experience in the real estate department and will receive her Paralegal Certificate in 2022.

Kelly’s responsibilities include:

• Conducting various due diligence searches;
• Reviewing title and off-title searches; and
• Assisting with project development conveyancing.
