Sean Morris,

Sean Morris is an associate in Lawson Lundell’s Corporate Commercial Group. His practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Sean assists clients on a variety of different matters, including private equity fund formations, fund investments, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations and financings, as well as preparing various types of commercial agreements.

Sean acquired his J.D. at the University of Calgary. Prior to law school, Sean completed an honours business degree specializing in Finance and Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Sean started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2021 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of his articles in 2023.
