Amanda Miller-Fleming is an associate in the Yellowknife office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on corporate organizations and governance, commercial transactions, private mergers and acquisitions, bank financing, commercial real estate, and mining law.
Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Amanda served as legal counsel for the Government of Northwest Territories, where she gained substantial experience advising on a wide range of commercial transactions and developed a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved in public procurement processes.
