Biography
As the Human Resources Director, Kirsten Whitley manages the Human Resources team at the firm and oversees the firm’s Human Resources strategy. In this capacity, Kirsten is responsible for all aspects of support staff recruitment, compensation, retention, performance management, termination, communication, learning and development, benefits, annual operating budgets along with health and wellness. She is a leader to management and employees providing guidance on all areas of HR and treating confidential matters with discretion and thoughtful support.
With her collaborative nature Kirsten is excited to help further develop and promote the firms culture.
