I am excited to work with a team of highly skilled professionals and to join a firm with a strong Western Canada presence. Joining Lawson Lundell LLP offers me the chance to leverage my experience in a dynamic environment, contribute to exciting new projects, and continue growing both professionally and personally.

Kourtney Pratt is an associate in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. She practises in the areas of commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Her practice is focused on representing companies in complex commercial matters. She has represented clients on various matters which include complex oil and gas and energy disputes, construction disputes, securities litigation, contract disputes, and debt claims. She also has an interest in complex e-discovery matters and regularly assists with e-discovery issues.

Kourtney has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Saskatchewan, and acted in private arbitrations and mediations.

She also frequently volunteers for the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project, the King’s Bench Amicus Project, and Calgary Legal Guidance which provide pro bono legal advice to unrepresented individuals.
