Laura Harrison is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Banking and Debt Financing Group. Laura’s practice primarily consists of debt financing, corporate finance and related transactions. Laura acts for financial institutions, public companies and private issuers in connection with secured and unsecured financings (bilateral and syndicated), project financings, asset-based lending transactions and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell in 2024, Laura summered, articled and practised in the Vancouver office of a national full-service firm.
