Lindsay is an associate in the Calgary office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Group. Her practice focuses on real estate law and commercial transactions, which include the purchase and sale of commercial properties, commercial leasing, and corporate matters. Lindsay also has experience working with oil and gas clients and mining companies on their mergers and acquisitions, asset and share transactions, and securities transactions.
