Shaunia Hitchens is a paralegal in the Kelowna Landmark Office of Lawson Lundell LLP.
Shaunia has been working in residential conveyancing for 34 years, focusing on commercial conveyancing, commercial lending and land development for the past 8 years.
Experience:
- Review of Contract of Purchase and Sale including all searches pertaining to the property;
- Preparing documents pertaining to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, residential and commercial financing and/or the development of land including subdivisions, stratifications, covenants, statutory right of way and/or easements;
- Preparing Disclosure Statements, Amendment to Disclosure Statements and Consolidated Disclosure Statements;
- Attending to registration of documents or security in the Land Title Office or Personal Property Registry; and,
- All closing and post closing matters.
