Xue Zhang,

I was drawn to Lawson Lundell LLP because of the firm’s culture of mentorship and collegiality, and the opportunities to learn from accomplished lawyers while serving clients.

Xue Zhang is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s Asia Pacific Group. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and commercial real estate transactions. Xue assists clients on a variety of matters, including share and asset purchase transactions, corporate restructuring, and different types of corporate and commercial agreements.

In Xue’s real estate practice, she prepares documents for acquiring, selling, leasing, and financing real property and assists clients with commercial, mixed-use and residential real estate developments.

Xue started at Lawson Lundell as a summer student in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate upon the completion of her articles in 2024. Prior to practicing law, Xue completed a master’s degree in Experimental Medicine and worked in a biotechnology company.

Xue is fluent in Mandarin and is able to provide legal services in both English and Chinese.
